Thank you for shopping at Galerifoton. We hope you are delighted with your purchase of canvas prints and original handmade oil paintings. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all canvas print and original handmade oil painting purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@galerifoton.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
