No. Every original is painted by hand in oil, with palette knife and brush, by Naci or Hakan Caba in our İstanbul studio. Our canvas prints are made from photographs of those finished paintings, never from AI images. You can watch the paintings being made.

Most of the collection is painted by Naci Caba, known for his thick, textured palette knife style. His son Hakan Caba paints a smaller collection of his own. GaleriFoton is the family studio they run together in İstanbul.

An original is the painting itself: oil on canvas, one of a kind and signed by the artist. Once it is sold, it is gone. A canvas print is a giclée reproduction of an original, made from a photograph of the finished painting and available in several sizes.

Yes. Every original is hand-signed by the artist before it leaves the studio.

Yes. Send us the subject, the size you have in mind and any reference images on WhatsApp or by email, and we will tell you what is possible before anything is painted. Please note that custom and personalised pieces, such as portraits painted from your photo, cannot be returned for a change of mind.

Our standard sizes are 35×50 cm (13×19″), 50×70 cm (19×27″), 70×100 cm (27×39″) and 100×140 cm (39×55″). Each product page shows the sizes available for that artwork.

Prints are made with the giclée technique on high-quality canvas, never on paper. They are water-resistant and do not fade, so the colours stay rich for years.

Rolled prints ship as canvas only, ready for you to stretch or frame locally. Stretched prints come mounted on white poplar wood stretcher bars, ready to hang straight out of the box. Framed prints add a frame around the stretched canvas and are also ready to hang.

As a rough guide, choose a piece about two-thirds the width of the sofa, bed or furniture it hangs above. Not sure? Send us the width of your wall on WhatsApp and we will suggest a size.

By credit or debit card through iyzico (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Troy), or by bank transfer. For bank transfer, we email you our account details within 24 hours. If payment does not arrive within 7 days, the order may be cancelled.

Yes. Card payments are processed securely by iyzico, a licensed payment provider. Your card details are entered on the secure payment form and are not stored by us.

Yes, as long as it has not shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible and we will update or cancel it.

Yes, we ship worldwide from İstanbul. Shipping is free and every parcel is tracked.

We ship within 3 business days of payment. Delivery then usually takes 5–10 business days, and in any case your order arrives within 30 days.

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can follow it on the PTT tracking page and, once the parcel reaches your country, usually on your local postal service's website too, such as USPS, Royal Mail or Canada Post.

Shipping is free, but any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged in your country are paid by the buyer. If duties are refused and the parcel is returned to us, we refund the order minus the shipping and return costs charged by the carrier.

Yes. You can withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Return the item unused and well packed within 14 days of telling us, and we refund the full product price to your original payment method. The return shipping cost is paid by the buyer. Read the full returns policy.

Email us photos of the artwork and its packaging within 48 hours of delivery, so we can file a claim with the carrier. We will replace the item or refund you in full, and we pay the return shipping.

Items made to your own specifications or personalised, such as portraits painted from your photo, cannot be returned for a change of mind. If they arrive damaged or defective, we will of course make it right.
