Handmade Lord of the Rings oil painting by Naci Caba in a living room

Existence, an abstract space oil painting by Naci Caba — “Existence”, where astronomy meets abstraction

How it started

From storybooks to the stars

Naci Caba was born in Amasya, Turkey. He began as an illustrator, drawing for storybooks and colouring books, before his love of colour led him to oil painting and to the palette knife that became his signature.

His work blends a lifelong fascination with astronomy and a free, painterly abstraction. That curiosity took him from space and the night sky to the worlds that fans know by heart: a galaxy far, far away, Middle-earth and beyond.

Along the way he has held eight exhibitions, three of them at the Bakırköy Cultural Center in İstanbul.

Thick paint, bold knife strokes and a little bit of the cosmos in every canvas.

What we believe

Painted, not generated

In a time of AI images, we still start every artwork the slow way: oil paint, a palette knife and a blank canvas on the easel.

Real paint, real handsEvery original is painted by hand in oil. No AI, no digital painting. Our prints are made from photographs of the finished originals.
Made by fans, for fansWe paint the worlds we love ourselves, from Middle-earth to a galaxy far, far away, for people who love them as much as we do.
A small studio, personallyNo warehouse and no call centre. Your painting is packed by hand in İstanbul and your questions are answered by the painters.
