1. About these terms

These terms apply to every purchase from galerifoton.com and to your use of the website. By placing an order, you agree to them, together with our Distance Sales Agreement, our Pre-Information Form and our Privacy Policy. If these terms and the Distance Sales Agreement ever differ on a point about your purchase, the Distance Sales Agreement applies.

We sell to customers outside Türkiye only. Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “Galerifoton” mean the seller above, and “you” means the person placing the order.

2. Our artworks and orders

Our original paintings are hand-painted by the artist Naci Caba and hand-signed before shipping. Each original is one of a kind. Prints are reproductions of the artist’s work, as described on each product page.

  • Colours: Photos are taken with care, but colours can look slightly different on your screen. Small brush marks and texture variations are part of a handmade work, not defects.
  • Sizes: Dimensions are shown on each product page and may vary by about 1 cm.
  • Frames and options: Any frame or option included with a product is described on its product page.
  • Your order: The contract is formed when we email you the order confirmation. Originals are also offered on other channels. If an original sells elsewhere before your order is confirmed, or a price on the site is clearly wrong, we will cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Shipping is free unless the checkout shows otherwise. Prices do not include import duties, taxes or customs fees charged in your country (see section 4).

  • Card payment: Cards are processed securely by iyzico. We never see or store your full card details. Your bank may add its own currency-conversion fee.
  • Bank transfer: We email our account details within 24 hours of your order. We prepare your order once the payment reaches us. If payment does not arrive within 7 days, we may cancel the order.

4. Shipping, delivery and customs

We ship your order within 3 business days of payment. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after shipping, depending on your country. Every order ships with tracking, and we email you the tracking number.

  • If we need a choice from you (for example a frame colour), the 3 days start once you have confirmed it.
  • Delivery times are estimates. Carrier or customs delays are outside our control, but we will help you follow up.
  • Please give a complete address and a phone number the courier can reach.

Customs and import duties are paid by the buyer. Your country may charge import duties, taxes or customs handling fees when the parcel arrives. These are not included in our prices, and we cannot predict or refund them. If you refuse to pay them and the parcel comes back to us, we refund your order minus the shipping and return costs the carrier charges us.

5. Returns and refunds

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, including if you simply do not like the artwork.

  1. Email info@galerifoton.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos of the item.
  2. Send the item back within 14 days of your email, unused and well protected, ideally in its original packaging.
  3. We refund you within 14 days of receiving your request, to your original payment method. We may wait until the item reaches us or you send proof of shipment.

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return shipping. Any customs duties you paid are not refunded by us; you may be able to reclaim them from your customs authority.

Damaged or faulty items. If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, please email us photos of the item and its packaging within 48 hours of delivery. This lets us file a claim with the carrier quickly. We then replace the item or refund you in full, and we cover the return shipping. Your legal rights for defects found later are not affected.

Custom orders. Items made to your personal specifications, such as portraits painted from your photo, cannot be returned for change of mind. They are still covered if they arrive damaged or faulty.

The artist keeps the copyright in every artwork. Buying a painting or print gives you ownership of that physical item, not of the image itself.

  • Allowed: You may make copies of an artwork you bought for your own personal, non-commercial use, as many as you like.
  • Not allowed: Selling, licensing or otherwise using these copies, or the artwork’s image, for any commercial purpose.

Fan art. Some of our works are handmade fan art inspired by films and books. The characters, names and logos they depict belong to their respective owners. Galerifoton is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by those owners. The personal-use permission above covers only the artist’s own work and gives no rights in those characters, names or logos.

All photos, texts and designs on this website belong to Galerifoton and may not be reused without our written permission.

7. Privacy, liability and governing law

  • Privacy and cookies: How we collect, use and store your data, including cookies, is explained in our Privacy Policy.
  • Liability: Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
  • Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of İstanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep any mandatory protections given by the law of your country of residence.
  • Questions or complaints: Email info@galerifoton.com. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
  • Changes: We may update these terms. The version published on the date of your order applies to that order.
