2. Your order

The following details are shown on the checkout page before you pay, and in your order confirmation email:

  • Products, their main features (type, size, original or print) and quantities
  • Price of each product and the total price in US Dollars (USD)
  • Shipping cost (free unless shown otherwise)
  • Payment method
  • Your delivery and billing details

3. Payment

You pay by card through iyzico, or by bank transfer. For bank transfer, we email our account details within 24 hours. If payment does not arrive within 7 days, we may cancel the order.

4. Delivery

  • We ship within 3 business days of payment, or of your confirming any choice we need from you.
  • Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after shipping, and in any case within 30 days of your order.
  • Every order ships with tracking.
  • Import duties, taxes and customs fees charged in your country are not included in the price and are paid by you.

5. Right of withdrawal

  • You may withdraw within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.
  • To withdraw, email info@galerifoton.com with your order number. We reply with the return address.
  • Return the item within 14 days of your notice. You pay the return shipping.
  • We refund the full product price within 14 days of your notice, to your original payment method. We may wait until the item reaches us or you send proof of shipment.
  • Exception: Items made to your specifications or personalised, such as portraits painted from your photo, cannot be returned for change of mind.

You can use this message to withdraw:

6. Damaged or faulty items

Please email photos of the item and its packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We replace the item or refund you in full, and pay the return shipping. Your legal rights for defects found later are not affected.

7. Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to info@galerifoton.com; we aim to reply within 2 business days. Turkish law applies, and Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in Türkiye have jurisdiction. As a consumer, you also keep any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.

8. Your data

We use your personal data only to process and deliver your order and to meet legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
